我更常見的一個錯誤是 Your email is well received,receive 除了收到也是招待的意思,所以 well received 是受歡迎。正確是 I received your email (with thanks).

Sir, I very confused about "I look forward to seeing you "and "I looking forward to seeing you " which one is correct ? please tell me 🙏🏻
@jjcc82234 ай бұрын
@@blessingrichfull Hi, IMO, “I look forward to seeing you.” or “Looking forward to seeing you.” pretty much means the same. You could pay a little attention to grammatical mistakes as well. For example, it should be “I am confused”, not “I confused.” ‘I look forward to” , not “I looking forward to.”
"Please find attached the document."??? Are you sure this is correct? I would rather write "Please refer to/see the document attached below."

我前兩天才收到一封開頭寫 To whom it may concern😂
@richardyee46194 ай бұрын
這個開頭其實很常用,除了要套近乎的狀況,這還是標準用語。

在香港,To whom it may concern只有HR才會用,因為要為辭職的人寫受僱時期的證明文件,作為將來應徵時的reference letter

知道within 5 days 用法, 但原來in 5 days 解作5天後 😮
@躺平吧-e9t4 ай бұрын
五天之內回覆你, 亦可寫: I'll get back to you in 1 to 5 days. 用 "in" 也行, 但須說明 a range of time.
@richardyee46194 ай бұрын
一般美國人說’in five days’ 意思是’in about five days’.
@躺平吧-e9t4 ай бұрын
@@richardyee4619 日常用法, in five days可指in about five days. 嚴格文法: in five days是exactly五日後, no more, no less. 曰常生活上, 很少需要這么exact吧. 商業上, 多半用as soon as possible; promptly; after I have reviewed....之類

in a minute 一分鐘內🤔

"in a minute" is an idiom, which means in a very short time, or very soon.

還說是在加拿大上過學! 怎麼法語這般👎. Repondez的發音incorrect哦. 上法文課時在做什么? S'il vous plait 譯作 if you please. S'il vous = if you
