I rode Mt. Washington earlier this year and I've got to agree - the trails there are extra gnarly, and could easily be 1 rank more difficult across the board.
@TheLoamRanger5 жыл бұрын
Lost In The Woods totally. I was thinking about it and they could do what Coast Gravity Park did with their signage. They have a red trail marker that sits between blue and black. I feel that would be perfect for a couple of the ones we rode. They still have plenty of types of trails for everyone though, so no complaints from me!

You should ride more trails in southern B.C.! I live there, and there are SOOOOOO many cool trails! I go hiking with my class, and there’s a trail with lots of jumps, and it’s pretty technical. Barely anyone rides it, so it isn’t in the best condition, but still, there are lots of unknown trails in B.C.!
@planesandbikes73535 жыл бұрын
so inviting with the right dirt. Every time I've ridden Mt Washington it's been greasy mud.

Very cool to see mountain biking as a family activity. How did you get your kids into the sport?
@TheLoamRanger5 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Well, I started dragging them behind my bike in a kid carrier down bumpy, fast dirt trails when they were tiny, so they’ve never known anything different 😂 From there it was just about trying to choose the right steps in progression for them as they got older. If the trail was not too easy and not too hard, they’d have a great day and would be pumped to ride more. Easier said than done though haha.

awesome video! those trails look like a lot of fun but I’m definitely nowhere near good enough to ride those trails yet, I nearly fell off my bike a bunch of times trying to go down this blue tech trail in Whistler, I’m not sure what trail it was but I believe it was either Ho Chi Minh, Smoke & Mirrors, or Blueseum, but it could’ve been a newer one, all I remember is that right near the beginning of this trail it drops off into a really steep decline that’s filled with rocks and roots and my coach literally just told my group to send it and let our bikes do the work, obviously that didn’t work too well for me because I spent the next 5 minutes trying to walk down this trail.

K buddy, u got the second statement right he’s good at editing sure. But the first statement ur miles off. He’s sooooooooooooooo bad at the actual sport that he’s making a career of. “These are the blackest blue trails I’ve ridden” like boi the jumps were like crank it up size. It’s definitely a blue. And don’t get me started on how he’s the same level as the other you tubers. He came last in the ewe whistler race even behind Paul the punter! And that’s saying something.
