Love the minimalist design of this pad. (and) the tailgate handle access opening looks big enough to allow use of the back up cameras on older F150's.

Left a similar review on the earlier Loam Wolf review. You guys have to know what's up with these pads. I've owned one of these for about a year now, and I have to say it's the worst tailgate pad I've ever used. All the brands I've tried have their own set of issues, but somehow this one succeeds in capturing all of them 🫤. The most important issue is that there is no way to prevent a bike from sliding down the tailgate pad and onto your tailgate. I've got hundreds of miles trying different approaches, multiple bikes, everything I can think of because I like the way the camera flap works. The only thing I've gotten to work is strapping the front wheel to the hitch receiver 🙄. Wanted badly to like it, but it's worthless to me. I'll be using it as a garage rug from now on and I'll be searching for something that works. Super disappointed.

Thanks for sharing Chris. We’re definitely sorry to hear you felt like you spent poorly and don’t like the pad. If we could ask, what type of truck do you have and what year is it? This will help others who read your comment as we have put it in 2 trucks and really like it and we’re surprised that we did. Especially with the lack of straps. What bikes have you tried putting on it as well? Thanks again for sharing.

What tailgate pad do you guys recommend for the 4th gen rams with a curved tailgate? Looking for something with downtube straps and backup camera compatibility

Right now, the only real option when it comes to fit for 4th Gen Rams is the Dakine Pickup Pad DLX Curve. There are rumors that some brands are working on their own options for curved tailgates but nothing is confirmed right now.
