The music goes so well with the atmosphere of this video and this house and Polly 😌 what did she call it, barefoot luxury. That’s so Australian lol. I love her vibe. She’s so laid back and real, yet completely professional at the same time. She always seems like she has the clients best interests in mind almost like a good friend would. gorgeous setting - i'm curious - does the house have an elevator? When I view properties, I tend to do it with accessibility in mind - can someone on crutches, using a cane/walker or wheelchair enter the home, let alone have full use of the home? Are the doorways/hallways wide enough to accommodate someone recovering from injury/illness? Can they enter the bathroom/use the facilities independently or need help because their wheelchair won't fit through the doorway....so many things to consider when building for accommodation of an aging family, let alone aging in place...or just dealing with injuries like a broken arm/leg, etc.

Warmth is created by the wood ceiling and wood cabinetry, but the interior could use house plants, rugs and other textiles to increase the warm of the space. Thank you.

The location is stunning, house is simple but still lacking some decorations, to outdoor area could be added more, looks like no one is living there. I love big windows, kitchen and dining area with white curtains
