This is a beautiful home. The design and craftsmanship are on a different level. The material pallet is a masterpiece that will never go out of style. Congratulations on a job well done.

Other viewers have left single word superlatives,, and it's all that's needed. BREATHTAKINGLY gorgeous, the whole lot, even cinematography. I now understand why international viewers are in awe of Australia. Another star architect and stellar team to achieve wondrous harmony with nature within a miraculous concrete slab.

what I love about this channel is how they captured the scene so nicely whereas the composition, color, and motion are synergized so well which make the architectural and interior creation stunning in their own way

Beg to differ… these are very expensive homes. Australian real estate is not trivial.

Such a beautiful home. From the opening scene the home seems to be so imposing and then the voice over says the home is about Refuge and retreat which, for me, is what all homes should be. The description just grabbed my attention. The integration or connection to nature is lovely. The use of natural light which floats through the house is beautiful. There definitely is a sense of calm which comes through in the video. The views are spectacular. So even though the house seems imposing in the opening scene, it fits within the natural landscape.

Beatiful, I would like to have clients like that. My clients in Colombia are always asking for bigger pools, bigger living rooms, blue windows, gold tables and etc... Y suppose It is like a reminiscent of the Narco culture. Yesterday a client asked me to design a pool right next to the kitchen, in a way that "He could get drunk and then go to swimming", and his wife told me, "I don't want the room service next to the kitchen, I want two bedrooms right there." Come on...

I thought the spokespeople (voice over) were great on this installment of The Local Project. I've come to notice most commentary tends to be stated in the form of a question-even when they aren't asking one. I understand the upward inflection is standard to the region, but it wasn't as prevalent over the course of this episode. For me, it really enhanced the overall experience. :)

While the language makes it sound very interesting and there are indeed many good ideas in there, the house feels as cold as an Antarctic storm. It lacks the look of a lived in space.
