MY YEAR IN FPV 2023 | FPV Drone Freestyle Compilation

This is my FPV drone freestyle compilation from 2023! In 2023 I continued to push my FPV freestyle skills. I started the year in Thailand, then went back to the UK for 6 months where I had a great time flying plenty of bandos. Then I headed back to Bali, Indonesia. I landed 2 more sponsors in 2023, Supafly and CNHL/Speedy Pizza Drones which are awesome FPV companies and I'm supremely grateful for their support. I’m also super grateful to my OG sponsors Axis Flying and HQProp for not only keeping me in the air, but for producing some of the best FPV gear out there.
This last year I focused mostly on improving 3 things:
1. Flow and smoothness.
2. Technical tricks.
3. Precision.
My goal is to string together technical lines with smooth flow and hit small gaps with precision. I am still yet to do a 'flawless' pack but I'm getting closer. Maybe in 2024 I will finally be able to do the flawless pack I am aiming for.
I also set myself the challenge of learning one new trick every single month, which I completed. Super happy with myself. Next year I will set a new goal and give back to the FPV freestyle community by creating a new trick tutorial video every month. Stay tuned for that.

Great video!!! Subscribed! ;) What do you think about the 6S pizza battery in longer term? I’m switching to 6S right now and don’t know which battery I should choose. 1050mah, 1200, 1300… and if the r line is worth the price over the pizza. I would say my fly style is quite similar to yours (definitely not as skilled with the tight gaps but anyways😉) What is your experience after a few months of flying with the pizza? Do you already notice them getting worse?

Thanks man! I would say for me personally the pizzas have been pretty good. Durable with the rubber casing too. But like with any lipo battery, sometimes you get bad cells or lipos dying. For the price point I would highly recommend them as they are cheap and therefore great value. A good option for freestyle in my opinion for sure 👍

Thanks! In 2023 broke quite a few arms, one top plate, cracked an FPV camera, bent quite a few motor bells, went through a couple of FCs and ESCs and tons of propellers and ND filters. Oh and probably about 4 DJI Action 2 cameras 🥵

@@ThrashFPV good question! If you saw my DVR you would instantly know the reason. My FPV cameras are scratched up plus I have standoffs in view. It looks bad. But also I love the ability to set custom settings and in my opinion the quality is way better
