Because Octanes ability gives him 40% speed, I can kind of see Bangalore's passive ability getting a slight rework. I think alongside the 30% speed buff, it would be interesting to see her get a 10% reload speed increase aswell (similar to rampart but perhaps on everything except LMG's, or only on SMG's etc) She is an army veteran after all and, out of all characters, probably knows how to reload a gun the quickest and the best.

I had a pub game together with a pred I know and he was bloodhound, I was bangalore and there were 5 squads remaining in a small ring. The smokes helped him by covering those third and fourth parties and like a funnel where 2 smokes covered the sides except the front, we brutally exposed the 2 other squads to the other 2 at the sides as they don't have anyone other than those 2 exposed to shoot then just like that, we all got the last hits and kills to the other 2 squads (like 5 of them became our kills) and we continued to raze knockdowns from the 2 squads left when BH ulted because they where confused by the smokes. That moment only took 10-15 seconds.

Another Pro Bang Tip from ShivFPS: If you smoke towards your enemies to blind them but they have the gas behind them then you can use the silhouettes as makeshift Digi Threats. Handy against the last few squads.
