@TheMacroShow I thought the oxygen challenge was bugged but it turns out you actually have to use up all the white bar and the red bar to complete the challenge

Vasco is a comedic relief robot companion, sort of like Claptrap from Borderlands but less emotional. Also his design reminds me of Loader Bots from BL as well, so it's an easy pick.

About the oxygen challenge, I don’t know if it was recently fixed or not, but up until recently I was only depleting the white o2 bar and letting it refill and that didn’t count towards the challenge. Out of curiosity I depleted the white o2 and maxed out the red co2 bar and it actually counted towards the challenge.

They made the ship editing so good but we hardly get to use our ships since exploring is done mainly using fast travel and the fact that you can't fly your ship in a planets atmosphere is a crime

I'm playing Starfield right after Baldurs Gate 3 and I do think that affects your opinion of Starfield since they both are RPGs. I actually give Starfield the same rating as him a 6.5-7.5/10 and maybe would've given it higher if I hadn't played BG3 or Tears of the Kingdom. It's a good RPG game but nowhere near the other greats of this year and Spiderman 2 hasn't even come out yet. I'm just happy to have game pass on the PC so I didn't have to spend $70 on Starfield. BG3 and TOTK was worth every penny though and could've sold for way more.

​@Jd-kw9yz I def agree with the gameplay being better in starfield compared to bg3, I'm not a fan of turn based combat systems, but bg3 still clears starfield regardless. Totk's gameplay can suck if you approach it like you would any other game, but you can build mechs and planes and automated bombing drones, and crazy swords with laser beams

In order to upgrade you oxygen you need to burn all your oxygen and let the red bar go all the way. Tho you might already know this

They are both open world rpg's, starfield is backed by Microsoft and is their flagship console exclusives for the generation. Even if they are sorta different, there's absolutely zero reason why the dialogue options in this game are not only a lot harder to find, but also less branching

But still you should always check what people who've played it say about it, and if all they do is compare it to space sims and not rpgs, you'll get the wrong idea of the game. I was playing the main quest when I got a bounty on my head when I was traveling to new Atlantis main quest, I ended up getting arrested and became a agent for the uc against the pirate faction I then later betrayed the uc and became a pirate it was awesome and this is just a side quest that ended up being 7 hours long

Fallout 3 and 4 had a score also and guess what the same composer did them. It's no coincidence that the revelation melody used in Starfield is almost identical to that used and fall out.

I went for the diplomat build too, and tbf I'm not too disappointed, except for a few times when I felt like I could have solved a mission a lot easier by lying or persuading etc, and the game wouldn't give me the option to approach the mission that way. For attackers there's a diplomacy or intimidation option to make them stop attacking you for a bit, but it's just unpractical to use and a bit ridiculous so I never use it. About the Oxygen and storage capacity I agree 100%, it's super fkng annoying. And you could have also mentioned the USELESS food/aid items that increases your oxygen or carrying capacity for like 2 MINUTES. I think that's what I hate more. But I'm really addicted to the game tho

Oxygen challenge is not bugged, you actually have to drain all of the O2 AND completely fill bar with CO2 till its red. Hope that helps

I just wanna know because no one has answered this question for me. Is it really REALLY necessary to spend hundreds of hours building an Outpost for your inventory management? Or I can just go galaxy from galaxy with only the inventory of my character and ship. Because guys I really loved this game but I do not have the time to spend it in building a damn outpost :c
