Sorry about the mess up regarding d/f+3+4. That's a kick that resembles Dragunov's same move in more ways that one but for Lidia it's NOT a homing move it's a powercrush. Everytime I see it I have to remember its not homing just because its so similar to Drags :D

She also has a good pairing system which is something I believe a lot of characters that don't specifically have one lack. Tekken is about movement and all of this yeah but it sucks to get one job stuffed in your face a million times against a wall or something. Now everybody is happy about her 😂😂😂 In my opinion its one of the best dlc we ever had. Great design, great fight style and not op as leroy was... just b1 for parries? a little tip for executing Lidias QCF 2,2 B,F,F 1+2 (on pad) You can buffer it by inputting B,F first and then after a short delay press F+1+2. Also is great for getting that 50% scaling by the wall. The notation would be: QCF 2,2B,F F+1+2 Cheers guys

She is a walking cheese factory that is for sure but at least THANK GOD she is a little steppable. That is a huge deal for neutral. One of the most important things. That b4 homing string is such a cancer though. She is -3 after b4 and you gotta fuzzyduck INTO -3 cause of the hellsweep even if she never does it. So cheesy. Small note - her 1,2 tends to catch SSL or even SWL on range so that can shut down stepping too. Not close up though. Also both the guardbreak and the mid launcher mixup are fully homing. Also weird decision. Of course you can't really interrupt it because you just get wallsplat from the first stance. Only things that saves this mixup from being maybe THE most obnoxious thing in-game is that you can kinda react to the blue spark of the guardbreak and duck it.

I’m very pleased with her. I love that she has VF Akira style moves. I agree about her weak df1. Though her standing jab has good range. From round start position she can connect the one jab. She's not like hwoarang just because she has stances. Hwoarang can chain his moves, can go into stance even on block and his stance moves tend to be positive on block. Lidia is far more like an offensive Leo/Feng with the rush down of Dragunov.

@@JT-km6th my dearest jt, it is just my opinion. i know she is not that into instances like hwo, i main hwo and steve. but it is kind of my impression because she is vulnerable in stances. i would have liked instance cancel like steve or quitin from a stance like hwo with a quick jab. but she has to commit, so not that strong in stance. other thing, 1+2 is cancelable, but has no armor and with 30 frames plus is punishable by almost anything. i thought i could use that as a deterrant to make the opponent make a mistake but the startup is so slow that so far nobody respected that. i tried being away like two steps (so the opponent has to approach and you can have time to let go of 1+2 with enough time), but if you cancel you need to approach the opponent to compensate those 2 steps of distance and that's reactable as hell. anyway, i value your thoughts, what do you think of more cancellables for lidia? cheers!

No DLC character past season 2 has ever come out mid-tier. Just judging by the many great tools she has, I'm not expecting less than high tier. With that being said, I have no problem with her tools. Her difficulty curve can be ignored since her just frames only give a little more damage. Just nerf the damage a little and make players work for it. That way she will be perfect and balanced in my opinion.

You should give her a try man. Been playing her since release, she's FAR from broken unlike when Leroy and Fahkumram released. So many duckable and predictable attacks, so many -10 moves, weak DF 1 string. Her strengths imo is her stances, but there are risks in entering it.

Very fair analysis. Although I'd like to mention that you keep repeating the word "execution" when those things are just mastery tools for people who'd want to main the character. The damage difference between her perfect combos and the easy versions are just 3-5 damage depending on the combo and slightly worse wall travel with the hopkick. Only thing that requires execution with her is picking up someone after hitting d/f4(4) or 1,2,4,4 because you have very little time to react if the move launched or not which is very similar to magic 4 on a lot of characters.

Karate its a worlwide discipline.....Her backstory says she is an Olimpic competitor ,winner of a lot of medals representing Poland....her father was a politician ,she was inrested in politics too ....As the Prime minister of Poland, the war of Mishima Sabatsu affected in some way Poland , so she wanted solve it participing to TEKKEN (Fight Tournament) Her trailer shows that her main objetive its Jin, The Real MVP that began the war....."All i do is for my people" She says Jin got much hate worlwide because he began a war alike world war dude ...be more analytical and research before talk

she's got a bunch of good keep out and evasion with SS~u/b+1, ff+4~3 launcher, ss+4, and stance cancels which are all high damage also her parries are really good vs Aggrobot d/f+1 spammers IMO, she's gonna end up being really tricky IMO with all the stance oki and delays you can do.

she is definitely fun, and i understand tmm s trying to underrate her so that they dont nerf her for no reason, cause bamco is generally bad at balancing but she s definitely not mid tier. imho, regarding her weakness to stepping, if u got a read on the opponent's ss/sw, u can go ff4 or ssr4, both of which have an ok tracking(not godlike, but playable). she would be top 5 ez if she had more mid options or a full throw kit the way i see it, but it s still too early. she s a contender for top 10 though, but cant touch leroy, paul etc, maybe she s around kazumi or post-nerf steve lvl or bit weaker
