@@TheMarobrothers A pantry with a sink is mostly used for Canning food the water is right there and the shelves are right there so you fill it with water and place it on the shelf. As I said very handy especially if you do a lot of canning.

Another incredible tour by the MaroBros. Well done. Love the jazz music while touring the pool area. The landscaping REALLY makes this property truly special. The house is amazing, with a few exceptions (like that huge multi-sided fireplace but having your back to it while on the sofa? Hmmm... and the kitchen, for a 15.4M Euro home was, well, a bit underwhelming. But that's all hearsay as budget couldn't afford to live in the garage (that had no EV charger?). LOL BUT there was one thing that really stood out for me. And I hope I am wrong... I felt some MaroBros tension. And I get it, family is tough at times. Especially two bros who work together. It isn't always sunshine (well, in Marbella it is) and lollipops, as they say. Hope I'm wrong and misread it. Or hope it was just one of those days... Either way, looking forward to your next tour! @@TheMarobrothers I remember my sister and I were almost enemies growing up. She was two years older and one tough girl. It was only when we were 18+ year old that we became very good friends. Only a few year later she passed away in a car accident. That was over 30 years ago and I still miss her every day. Always try to push past those silly arguments and know that your time together is priceless... and may end any second without warning. Fighting is normal between brothers and sisters. But always try to "hug it out" sooner than later. Hugs to you MaroBros. You're awesome.

NICE vidéo as always but I have 2 questions: 1. What is going on with the Spain real estate ???? 15.4M for this house with this kind of kitchen ??? I mean that’s a 500k house kitchen…. Somethings is going really wrong with the Spain market. When I remembered the houses prices 3-4years ago it’s just incredible more than 50% and the quality is down.did you have the same opinion ? 2. I love when you start with drone and details shot of the all house because I can directly know if a house could be interesting for me but it shouldn’t be good for your KZbin analytics if a lot of people do the same as I do…. I’m sure you can see this on your analytics data but I think you should look at them. Take care

Well, not every house is for everyone's taste. Our retention is fantastic because ppl watch the videos for us, and not just for the homes. And...the kitchen is a bulthaupt custom-made kitchen with high-end materials and top-notch appliances. If you know where to look, you'll realize it's not your average kitchen ✨️😉

Better they installed inteligent toilets in the all bathrooms and powder room than those ugly bidets. First, the inteligent toilet has all functions as the bidet + some extra functions that bidet doesn't have (for example: seat heating, led night light, 3-5 spray functions, water heating, automatic self-washing and cleaning/disinfection, inteligent sensor plate for the cistern with led light and silent automatic cistern, special seat lid coating with bacterial protection and long life warranty, inteligent lid sensor opening and closing, soft close for the lid, automatic elimination of the odor and aromatisation, remote control). Second, the inteligent toilet takes up less space and it has a longer life. It's costs more money (2500-12000 euros, depends on the model and brand), but it's certainly more modern and practical compared to the classic bidet (especially suitable for ladies), and one more thing, you don't need to install a wall shower for this toilet, because it has automatic self-washing and disinfection, which additionally saves space in the bathroom or powder room. It's the same thing with the overhead showers with chromotherapy. But, we can say that the investor always chooses a cheaper variant, to invest less and earn more! Which means, that the investor isn't thinking about pleasing the future owner, but is building a house according to his wishes to please his pocket and is looking forward to the profit!
