Hi guys! Your tours never disappoint and Marcel´s villas are simply astonishing. Question: Would you expect that kind of villa in places like Marbella or Sotogrande? This beauty will fit in both places but how it looks, the materials and the way they combine them are practically unseen there... (in fact, I think you have toured since the veery beginning two or three property that can be considered "similar" in some ways, but not many more) Forgive my english, it´s a bit awful... Congrats again, bros!!

Hallo, das Haus wurde bei euch schöner präsentiert als beim guten Marcel. Mittlerweile ist euer der bessere Kanal. Zum Haus an sich, glaube ich nicht dass es für den Preis weggeht. Die "Mängel" wurden bereits von anderen Angesprochen.

Ich bin's wieder ! Sehr schön ;-) Wie groß bist Du ? Mit einer G-Klasse, nicht das ich diese feier, wird es in der Garage, was die Deckenhöhe angeht, knapp ..... *lol 2:21 Diese definierte rechte Wade Viel mit Licht und LEDs gearbeitet, das ist heute ein Muss. Echt geile Illuminationen 6:15 SEHR geil 6:34 Halleluja Der Pool ist auch klasse. Also der Schinken gefällt mir mal richtig gut, abgesehen von den schwarzen Armaturen, mir zu US-amerikanisch, aber wer es mag und dem, wie eigentlich immer, zu kleinen Gym. Ansonsten sehr schön, echt gutes und helles Konzept und viel Licht bzw. Gemütlichkeit.

Also die Außenanlagen sind absolut toll. Innen gibts Pluspunkte für die Garage, das Gym und für Küche und Wohn-/Eßbereich. Die Schlafzimmer fand ich jetzt nicht so besonders. Auch die Bäder nicht. Da sind die Sanitärbereiche für die Monteure bei meinem AG schicker. Ist das jetzt ein Video von eurem letzten Tripp oder treibts ihr euch schon wieder auf Malle rum? Wir sind ab Freitag ein paar Tage in Marbella und wollten euch eigentlich stalken 😂

Great house, great finishings, clearly stands out. Do not agree with ‚easy to maintain‘ - will need good hands for indoor and outdoor ideally on a permanent basis. Should not be a problem for those who can afford to buy.

a really great house !!! But I just don't understand why someone spends 13 million euros or more and then you build/live wall to wall with the house next door? With so much money, it must be possible to have at least 30-40-50-60-70... meters of space to the neighboring property. the neighbor can look directly at your head from 2 meters . this is crazy :( why???
