Another awesome property. The Marobrothers always do a great job on videoing and presenting a property. I personally think this is one of the very best. Seems to me the format is slightly different than previous videos --which I really appreciate. The music is very good, the way they intermingled the video shots is very nice. One thing that other realtors that do video, they must think it is cool to do rapid movement of the camera, zooming in & out, etc. Serious potential buyers wants to see the details "slowly", don't need "cool". We plan to visit The Marobrothers early next year to purchase. ... Great Job, I'm just saying

quite narrow entry and entrance , will restrict access in and out the garage. You will not fit seven cars in that garage. Cars will have to do a 180 to exit. By Parking your car in front of the car port you will have to reverse all the way out !

The brutalist imposing architecture is quite polarising. People will love it or hate it before they even go in the door which is a risk, but hey no risk no reward! I can see a professional sports player from the US who has a place in Beverly Hills absolutely going for this. It would be a home away from home.
