Probably the best property I’ve seen in a long time the decor is perfect and it actually feels and looks like a real home, the outside space is amazing with plenty of room for the kids to run around. The price is pretty amazing as I would of thought this would be far more expensive than what it is so a big thumbs up on this one, I’ve just got my lottery tickets and fingers crossed I will be making a offer on this one 😂.

No lift, exterior ugly and cheap old ceramic tiles, low ceilings in living areas, bosch appliances, low exterior and interior doors, narrow corridors...not south orientation,..give me a break Cheap only can be to someone that never ever will have money to even pay for the taxes of this house!

Beautiful home, I love the colour palette used throughout the home and the floors are stunning! The staircase is a work of art and each bedroom has it's own personality but all very calm. Those are the homes I am looking for space is good, elegance is good, the pool is good, big closet spaces big bathroom in the masters, and most of all the kitchen for me needs to hold at least 30 to 40 people in it so yes a big kitchen and Dinning room. I do my own cooking for most unless it is too much then I get help in the kitchen I have been complimented on my food pretty much every party I would have. I could really see myself living in a house like that though it needs a few more secrets in the place for children like a secret room for them to crawl to or a place where they can hide away from Adults. Though I do like this house I would be one to get it I can not do it now though. Nice to see you again Patrick you looked like you were hot. Thank you for making my week :) xoxoxo

@@TheMarobrothers Stuffed mushrooms, my version of deviled eggs, cheese balls, and some seafood. :) I also make my own crackers and special dips as well. I grew up in an area where things were just getting in the stores so most of what I put out for guests is made personally by me. Very rarely do I ever buy things from the store for a nice party. But ya I buy the wine and beer lol I am not skilled at that lmao the one thing I can not make lol. I also make my own bread and buns. For the meal usually my signature dish people like is my spaghetti and sauce otherwise it is roast, potatoes, and veggies. In summer time I will do ribs and fish on the BBQ and have bread, potatoes, and raw veggies usually served with white wine or beer. Not everyone likes to drink the same so it really is up to who is drinking what they want I usually have an alcohol-free punch that literally tastes like it is lol.

It's almost a pity that all those terrasses have those boring brown clay tiles that are so common in Spain, on the floor. Besides that little personal critique, this house looks quite outstanding. So spacious, nice color templates and what seems excellent quality materials. Love the wooden floors, it's so rare to see that in Spain. All that without going completely over the top and even the price is nice! Awesome!

I don't really like this house, the proportions and layout is really, really off. 3:10 This family room is a joke, you have such a large square footage. And this is the family room they came up with. The TV is mounted too high, you don't even have a good view angle. 5:04 The kitchen is a way to be with not much furniture. A house this big doesn't have a chef's kitchen but a really big main kitchen with just one island? So much space wasted. 7:04 After you spent so much money on the property and this is the office you get? Get squeezed from both directions, Not only you don't have a view of the beautiful sea, you don't even have a regular-sized window. 12:41 What is this bathroom? The vanity only goals halfway of the full length of the wall. A big space in the middle for no purpose. Yet the shower is tiny and extremely enclosed. The Black Marble already looks horrendous in the bathroom and the layout is extremely bad. 2:25 The powder room opens directly into the lobby, which means you have to close the door for the powder room most of the time. What they should have instead is a partition wall in between the two doors of the lobby. Then the reception lobby has a minimalist open feel Allowing the powder room door to open for most of the time. I don't have the patience to finish watching everything. I just felt the architect didn't know what he was doing. The entire house is very weirdly proportioned. I can see they try to stage it and hide some of the problems with the architectural design. They tried it, but it didn't work. It is still a very odd layout.
