!Why we love this Villa!
In today´s property tour we have visited the exclusive listing from Propana Group. This beautiful, modern, stylish and homie Villa is located in the secluded, private and gated urbanisation of El Madroñal in Marbella. It sits on a manageable flat-landscaped plot of just over 2.600m2 overlooking the rolling mountains, greenery and the sea.

Was haltet Ihr persönlich von fragwürdigen Einrichtungen wie der Badewanne im Schlafzimmer oder der Dusche am Balkon? 😅 Gewisse Ecken in solchen Häußern würde ich als Käufer sofort eine Renovierung durchführen wollen, wie zB das WC vom Badezimmer zu trennen.
