Today's aerial hammock tutorial is the beginners aerial hammock drop and beginner aerial hammock pose. This is also a fun aerial yoga pose! Get your core muscles ready to help balance!
Aerial hammock can be dangerous so Always train with safety in mind including working professional instructors, adult supervision, professional equipment including 12" crash pad, pro mounting and pro rigging. Kellie is an aerial silks teacher and she knows for a fact the safer you are the more you can train circus!
