It is very weird to think how I used to eat like I did, lucky I’m here and so thankful to recipe channels and fitness influencers that have genuine advice. I am sure some muscle was lost along the way due to an extreme deficit but I am excited to put that good kind of weight back on once I lose the blubber!

pineapple works great with meats, but personally id get a char on it, possibly cutting it smaller and incorporating it into the second cook with the chicken

@@Yesica1993 An air fryer is a device blessed from the gods. Just about anything you would usually bake, fry or broil, you can just do it in a air fryer. Give it a shot next time.

Just a thought…if you cover your sheet pans with aluminum foil it makes for easier clean up. It’s great if you only have a few sheet pans and need to use them a few times for the meal prep. Just through the foil away, rewrap the pan and you’re good to go.

Ya'll. Go make this. Like right now. This might be the best recipe, yet. (But also because I like the sweet pineapple with the tangy BBQ sauce and the savory potato). Next time I'm going to cook the pineapple in with the chicken as others mentioned so the BBQ touches it. I also did a dumb and dumped the BBQ sauce in with the chicken marinade and not later, but it turned out fine and I added more because the one I have is so low calorie I just doubled it. (G Hughs sugar free worked like magic. That BBQ sauce has no business being that good for nearly no calories per serving). This is also one of the easier meal preps to do since the other half of the meal is on two sheet pans.
