That's the truth. My cat is a little over 15 right now and sadly is going through spine degradation. We have been trying to keep him comfortable since he is the last of our 3 cats we had. He is the youngest of them. But sadly it is pretty much time for us to say our goodbyes in my household as well.

Found this channel when I was about 8 years old - it distracted me from my mothers passing at the time. I'm 18 now and Sparta always had a special place in the back of my mind, finding joy in the little mean kitty. Even after i moved on, I'd come to check this Channel every so often - it'd still cheer me up when i was in a slump. It pains me to think that I'm 2 years late to the news but I came to cheer myself up after my dog passed from cancer. Pets really don't live long enough. Corey, I hope you know that you gave that cat the absolute world. Sparta loved you so much. Keep loving and keep being loved. Rest in peace, Sparta.

September 5th, 2007. I was 13, two days away from 14, when The Mean Kitty Song was posted. I didn't have a computer so I watched KZbin videos on my PlayStation 3. I remember going back to that song month after month, year after year, for so many years. Fast forward to December 5th, 2021 at 4:30am; I'm sitting in front of multiple thousand dollars worth of PC equipment and monitors and "The Mean Kitty Song" pops into my head. After 3:30 seconds of childhood nostalgia, the cruel reality of life shows its ugly hand in the recommended video section, which brings me here. Rest in peace, Sparta.

I’m still fucked up over the time my cat chewed the line off a fishing rod I didn’t know had a hook attached. She was completely fine but I’ll never know if she actually swallowed the hook or just fishing line bc I panicked and pulled it from her mouth. Go to the local shelter. Look at all the cats ready for euthanasia. Adopt 2, so they have each other. An empty home is no place to grieve. When my 18 yr old cat passed away suddenly, I’m sure she asked a neighbouring cat to comfort me. For three months this cat would visit and jump up on my knee. Eventually I stopped crying. The cat returned to her own home.

2020 is the year of Entropy, its the year a great deal of things are coming to their end before the next cycle begins. Things in this newest cycle will actually be significantly better than the last. Evidence of this is the new laws and regulations on the internet coming from trumps re-election and how Shadow banning and internet censorship will come to a halt causing what is essentially a renaissance on the internet. My cat of 16 years passed away in 2016 on Christmas. She slowly died over a 2 week period. She wasn’t in pain and we tried to help boost her in anyway we could. But in the afternoon on that day we knew that it was for the best to let her be at peace. My heart still hurts from losing her (I had her from when I was in first grade though college) but over time it does get better. My family got a new kitten in December 2019 and I gave her a big hug after watching your videos this morning. And all the videos you have posted of Sparta are more than enough. No need to make a montage of his life. We lived it and so did he. Much love Cory ❤️
