I have a little boombox speaker I got from Amazon, didn’t cost that much but some of these magical healing tracks I love to actually turn it up and have it sitting next to my body, or even on the shelf next to the bed. And I can literally feel the vibrations going through! It’s not just a figure of speech, the sound waves absolutely do massage and reach right through our bodies, which are almost entirely water.
