Denmark Theme Park Travel Vlog July 2022

Join us as we start our 2022 Scandinavian Summer trip by flying from London Stansted Airport in the UK to Billund in Denmark. In this Travel Vlog we talk about everything coming up on this trip, including the 6 different theme parks we'll be visiting throughout Denmark and Sweden. After picking up our hire car we make our way to Aarhus and visit a deer park close to where we are staying for the first part of our trip. Along with that we show you our accommodation in Denmark and make our way to Djurs Sommerland, the first park of our summer trip!

AHH, YOU TWO ARE VISITING DJURS!! I'm soo excited now, I have a season pass to that place and it is easily my favorite park in Denmark! Really cannot wait to hear your opinions on the rides and theming! ( Tigeren is my favorite ride there, but I do also really love Juvelen, Dragekongen, and Piraten :3 )

Well i liked the red coaster the best but the other major one was good to. I was especially impressed by the tomahawk they got. But mostly i liked the look and feel of the park. Except for legoland (wich isn't really my thing) it was the only park in Scandinavia where i really got that themepark vibe instead of an amusement park. They could do with some good dark rides though that was the only thing i was missing.

Very smooth beginning to your venture. Great Deer park, so many deer to pet and feed. Car, roads look easyish and non busy to drive (I've driven in 6 countries round the world). I generally say England is one of the most difficult to drive as it's so busy and congested and have various type lanes and all weathers. Anyway, hotel looks clean and fresh. Nice to have balcony and area looks interesting. Yep, looking forward to seeing the theme parks. Take care, thanks for showing.

We went to Billund at the end of May for a week & actually got a season pass to Legoland as it worked out the best option for what we wanted to do. We went to Lalandia for a day, the water park is absolutely top draw & also a managed day trip to Copenhagen, we had a great time! Have to be honest, Legoland Billund knocks spots off Windsor & we will definitely be going back! Denmark is also such a beautiful country with some really lovely people! Would love to go back & do some more theme parks along with Legoland again!

Actually quite close to you in the UK, there is a place called "Bradgate Park". It's a big country park, with plenty to see there including seeing "Deer" in 2 places. I.e. 1st place is inside a walled enclosure field and buildings, you can go inside or just view over the wall. But 2ndly and better is the roaming "Deer" in the country park. Guaranteed you will see them especially around 4pm to 7pm as they venture closer to the public possibly for food. They literally come right up to you...often singularly or two's. Do have to pay for parking but it's a great place to venture, can walk in the streams etc. It's similarish to Dovedale but not so hilly or stoney. Where is it ? It's through Burton going towards Leicester.. via A50...past Ashby, past Coalville and then sign posted off left at a roundabout.. ..then turn right not left...signs will say Bradgate park both ways but go right. Should take you past a village cricket ground and then onto big busy car parks. Note they have park Rangers there too. Definitely 100% worth a visit in the summer. With tea rooms and ice creams available too.
