I like to think about beefing up my strength and resilience while things are going well, to use when life is rough.

I need to remember this with my kids. Not forcing gratitude but helping them remember appreciation.

Amen, TK. Internal should/conscience versus what society expects of me. Grateful for our lives because it is all ephemeral. It will all disappear. And that's OK.

Malabama, you should make meditative audios. Your voice would be perfect for that!

I would answer the question, what was once a burden that is now a blessing with the answer boredom. I have learned that down time, being "bored" has opened my mind to being creative and actually lead me to start living my life in a different way. I am so grateful for boredom everyday

Wow TK. You really hit home for me. You will lose it all one day and how do you want to look back? Thank you.

I miss actually seeing the minimalists while they’re talking. Every episode is informative but the bouncing M is distracting for me.
