Morning, great video, I cycled from Geneva airport to Martigny in Switzerland this summer with an old school mate, we are both retired now, so no rush did it over two days, the roads we took were amazing in the quality and the views. Even through Geneva to the border the cycle lanes and roads were superb. We left our cycle boxes at Geneva airport luggage store for any body considering it, some fantastic climbs both ways, however definitely quicker on the return leg. Haven’t had a motorbike since the 80’s but now considering it having watched you, Itchy boots and Freddie Dobbs.

Great video Andy! We have stayed many times in the Demi-Quartier which is just after Megeve. Everything is cheaper in Combloux, a small village about 5 k’s from Megeve. If you want the name of a great little hotel in the centre of Chamonix, let me know. Secure parking and you walk 50 metres down a lane to the centre of town. Thanks again for taking us along as we are currently sweltering in heat and humidity of an Australian summer! Cheers

As far as I remember, you only need a Vignette on the Motorways. You can often buy them at the border at Passport control. 50 Euros for the year is a small price to pay. Used to be 35 Euros when I worked there. Inflation huh?

WHOA! Lots of eye candy, 😃 My Dad told me he once had a failure of his oxygen system and became quite hypoxic almost to the point of passing out. His radar intercept officer was screaming at him. He didn't rouse him until he started the countdown for ejecting himself, leaving my Dad on his own, which made my Dad's starved brain angry. He then managed to descend and recover. Great visual keeping pace with the red train. BTW, have you ever had an extended communication with other riders, not in your group, on your comms?
