When I first saw 'The Love Bug' when I was seven I instantly loved VW beetles and Herbie, I started saving and have had my 1971 VW bug for nearly 2 years now and it has just returned to the road!!! GO HERBIE GO!!

I remember watching this video over and over and over when I was a kid. Herbie was always my favorite. i would re-create the part where Herbie went up-side-down in the tunnel with my cars, and I even wanted to drive a Herbie car when I grew up. I would spend hours watching Herbie KZbin videos and clips on my Grandma's computer. some videos would come and go, but I always came back to this one. thank you, ladyretro, for the memories. this video will always hold a special place in my heart!

Great job in sharing your affection of Herbie. I first saw "The Love Bug" in the theater in 1969. I have always loved Volkswagon Beetles. I own a 1974 or.... maybe owned by one. To you, Herbie! You still remain an adorable inspiration in my life.
