One of the Best OTC pills is Aleve tablet 12hr strength!!! Just make sure you get the tablet (blue pill)not the gel capsules. It is also marketed as a menstrual pill I believe. But is literally so fast acting and magical, for migraines and cramps. My bf bought it for me when I had a bad period and I was doubtful it'd work as I asked him to get advil, but OMG it is the best! On holiday i gave the btl to his sister cause it is not available in new zealand, and it worked so well for her cramps as well.

As far as Mary Cosby goes.....there’s a KZbinr named “Up and Adam” and he recently had Mary’s cousin on and he goes in to detailed information about how Mary having an arranged marriage is a lie! Another KZbinr “Sharrell’s World” had Mary’s Uncle on who also says the arranged marriage is a lie . They both talk about how Mary & her husband have committed fraud at their church. My point is Mary is BEYOND SHADY & doesn’t deserve pity!
