Conservators do not come from banks. If it is a professional conservator there are many qualifications and credentials that need to be obtained for them to practice. In most states they're referred to as guardians. I don't know about Wendy's family, but often times families are not equipped or suitable to step in as guardian/conservator. That's why there are professional ones that are bound by state statute. Signed, a person that works in Social Services and works with professional guardians and individuals that need and appreciate their professional guardians.

I love you guys so much! But...I am shocked Turdy loved Juror #2....probably one of the worst movies I have seen. The dialog and acting were an actual nightmare, so it isn't nominated for anything.
