While some may consider this blasphemy, I would say that an important determining factor for strength plateaus is the individual's overall mass. This ties into the nutrition portion that was briefly mentioned. I can personally attest, and have also witnessed, increases in strength when increasing bodyweight. It's not always the case, but sometimes greater mass can mean greater numbers on the bar

Yea if you’re not willing to add mass it’s very difficult to optimally build strength

So plateau happens when the human body gets used to a routine or cycle that the brain thinks this is normal, we don't need to build muscle and your routine is normalized by your brain. So if we just change which day we a have a split, can reset the normalization, without changing the split routine, right?

Great upload, I also feel like environment can also lead to plateaus. I change of environment, weather it be a new gym or even a training partner can definitely help

Great point. That has a big role on the psychological component of training and motivation

Can you give some strength and conditioning tips for Volleyball?

The focus would be on quick change of direction, power, vertical jump, etc. Most plays last less than 15 seconds so you really don’t need to train endurance but rather capacity of the anaerobic and alactic systems. There are a lot of options in terms of individual exercises
