@ 2:59, were the sprinting flaws too much of an upright posture, neck hyperextension, and short/choppy arm swing mechanics?

I just took it and failed the practical it is super hard right now , was killing it on the movement system csc s course and other practice tests and still just managed to fail , i feel like they are trying to be gate keepers for the sake of it. The NSCA leadership says people just need more experience but can't get the experience without the CSCS cert 🤷♂️

Whats the last question from which chapter it was program how we can say like this program isa for hypertrophy etc?

I'll be the first to tell you that I have a lot to learn. However, I noticed that the deltoids, triceps, chest, quads, mid-back, and biceps are being trained in different exercises on consecutive days. I thought the muscles needed at least 24 hours to recover until you train them again.

Programming for athletes actually often looks a lot different than programming for bodybuilders. While bodybuilders often split training by body part and have rest between days athletes will often train the same muscle group directly or indirectly 5-6 times per week. For example including power cleans, sprints, pogo hops, squats, etc. spread throughout 5 sessions per week. You could certainly do an upper/ lower split it just depends on the athlete, season, goal, etc.

What exercises are good for pfps. I saw there are videos for patellar pain and other injuries but none for patellar femoral pain syndrome?

I love all the help you have given through here and the FB group. Is there any specials or discounts for “the movement system study guide”? I’m on my 3rd try for the practical applied section

Can I just become a coach without taking the test?

It depends on where you want to work. I would ask the training facility where you want to work what they require
