9:54 The fate of the Clones is very heartbreaking. They were saddened when she left the order after her being accused of a crime she never committed, then painted their helmets to match her when she came back to show there respect for her, then her being forced to fight them because they were programmed to do so, she never wanted to harm them, she still saw them as her friends as well as her family to a certain extent despite them trying to kill her. Burring them was very sad and heartbreaking...saying goodbye to the family she fought alongside for years as well as to the republic. Like Ashoka said: “the republic couldn’t have asked for better soldiers” and we shall never see the likes of them again. The mission...the nightmares...their...finally...over. Farewell clones...we will never forget you and thanks for everything.

What an awesome bridge between the Clone Wars era and OG Star Wars. The clones were slaves of the Republic who wanted to be treated like individuals, with unique personalities. Vader was special, and gave up his humanity to become a slave to the Emperor. Vaders eyes were actually blue during that close up scene at the end which is so cool, considering the fact that during that period of time Vader was still torn between the dark and light side of the force. Vader wanted to kill Anakin, but there was a small glimpse in Vader. I think he was looking for Ahsoka, because he had a special bond with her. That was Vaders own order to go visit that planet where the ship crashed.

the reason darth maul had a sudden power spike is because of anakins turn to the darkside, when a force user turns to the darkside their darkside energy feeds into the darkside nexus which then other darkside users can access, anakins turn to the darkside pumped a massive ammount of power into the darkside nexus that maul began to tap into, which is why hes basically going into force unleashed mode, he usually wasnt this strong in the force.

not directly, she did some other things first. read the ahsoka novel, it is canon but does clash with this arc. in my mind everything that doesnt clash is still canon but tv show takes priority.
@Razgriz_014 жыл бұрын
@@itilosi9929 I believe the part that clashes is when Rex gets his chipped removed. In the novel, Rex already got his chip removed beforehand, this was even mentioned in Rebels where he says that he didn't betray his Jedi. But what this episode showed is different. Its basically just a small retcon on how his chip was removed, or its just a matter of certain point of views.

Razgriz❶ Anakin was his Jedi and Ashoka was technically not even a Jedi anymore if you watch the show she was an advisor at this point
@RSK99034 жыл бұрын
Razgriz❶ Actually this question was bothering me too so I reread the flashback parts of the novel and it doesn’t actually explicitly say that he removed the chip before Order 66. All it really says was that Ahsoka chose to save Rex. Even in Rebels, all Rex said was that he didn’t betray his Jedi and that he, Gregor, and Wolffe removed their chips. No specific timeline was given although many did assume they, or at least Rex, removed it before the Order. But yeah nowhere in canon does it explicitly say that he removed it before the Order so that part isn’t technically retconned. But the other details like Order 66 happening on Mandalore, Maul being captured using a ray shield, etc. have been retconned. But I heard that the author was supposed to give as little detail as possible about the Siege of Mandalore since Filoni was working on actually getting the arc animated.

I thought that ending when Vader comes back to look for Asohka was so sad. I thought he was trying to find that last remnant of something good from his old life. When he shuts off her sabre he realizes, that she's gone, she's not coming back and Anakin really has lost everything. Really sad that they first met each other under more hopeful circumstances and at the end, he comes back a deformed monster trying to find something good to hold on to, but Asohka is just gone.
@timothybradshaw92144 жыл бұрын
yeah its really sad too because if you remember at the very beginning of this arc, Anakin was trying really hard to connect back with Asohka bc he missed her and wanted to go back to normal but she was really distant and that was really the last time they were together (As Anakin).
@pbot20294 жыл бұрын
@@timothybradshaw9214 Yeah I noticed that. Wow that makes it even sadder, I don't know why, but I got the feeling that he was looking for some vestige of like someone who really cared for him and when he shut off her lightsaber, it was symbolizing that she had left his life. It almost felt like it was him realizing that he had lost everything. There was no one left. But yeah Asohka was a little cold to Anakin on Mandalore too. I'm glad Maul turned her plan back on her and made her the distraction while he got away with her ship. I would've left her too.
