11:15 Eastern Time. Lol my wife has been making pizza with Sangak for 17 years and it is absolutely amazing. Obviously the problem is finding fresh Sangak where we live. We used to go to Wholesome Choice in Orange County CA but there is nothing like that here. Loved the video.

Unfortunately, the Shekarchi restaurant you describe was very bad. My girlfriend and I ordered Kabob Soltani, which everywhere in the world consists of a skewer of a Kabob Barg and a skewer of Kabob Kubideh. But for us, instead of Kabob Barg, they brought Chenje Kabob. I am Iranian and my girl friend is German. My girl friend and I have been to Iranian restaurants in more than 30 countries and we have never seen them serve chenje kabob instead Kabob Barg. When we told the manager of the restaurant, he said that we are always served the same way. You could tell us this is not Iranian traditional Food. The second point is that the manager of the restaurant, who was Iranian, was standing in front of the door when my girlfriend wanted to come out of theRestroom and was doing barfix!!? For example, to show his fit body to my girlfriend. Even the Iranian manager of the restaurant, who spoke to the Farsi servant, tried to communicate with my girlfriend when my girlfriend was alone and I was in th Restroom which is very rude. Unfortunately, I have to say that, both in terms of food and politeness, this restaurant's rating is zero because of its Iranian manager. Many times he would go to the kitchen and laugh like a bipolar patient, which we were afraid of. He used to do the same thing in the main guest hall. Shekarchi restaurant does not give any atmosphere and feeling that you are in an Iranian restaurant. When you go to an Iranian Restauran with your girlfriend or wife, Iranians are always very polite, and if the food is bad, they at least apologize.

It takes a second to get used to Hamid’s quirky personality. I can’t get enough of his videos, more so than lots of his contemporaries. Yes, he drives cars that most of us will never be able to afford and live the true lifestyle of the ultra rich. In a weird sense that’s what it takes to have a channel like he does. I don’t care about his money. His videos are informing and makes my mouth water 😊!

Damn man I'm visiting these places if I visit LA . Some of the foods are almost impossible to find , one of it is quince stew , which is quince and lamb slow cooked for hours and served with rice , but dude at the end of the day , my all time favorite food is the liver kabob , the liver kabob and the kidney kabob cooked over charcoal , its served across Asia , and also Scottish haggis , dude Scottish haggis is the greatest dish I think , its hard to find , takes a lot of prep

Out of all the foods in the Middle East , I think the best one is is the liver kabob , just some liver on a stick cooked over charcoal , I don't know why but I prefer that over kabobs , some liver and kidney kabobs served with lavish flat bread and fresh onions with sumac and some fresh red radish and basil and parsley on the side , dude its the best dish , that and also mussels , dude I could eat mussels all day , raw , cooked , I don't care . Dude fresh mussels and hot sauce and some fresh lemon , you can't get any better than that

ALOOOOO Mr. Taster, why can't you describe other ethnicity foods like iranian food. I have notice from your past videos that you only can describe persian food really good & you do it with love, but when it gets to other ethnicity foods such as ; Mexican, Thai, Japanis ...., you don't explain or ask questions as much.. but i guess you are not use it. youtube is a different game. you are used to Instagram. the content is shorter in insta due to timing of videos. I am Iranian American and at the moment i am in shiraz visiting . I always wanted to make my own travel channel. maybe we could do it together. I will pay for my own behalf when we travel if you are willing to do a channel. your character is good for short clips .together we could start great channel. what I am lacking in my character , you can replace and I could add more laughter. since ,I am Iranian American it is easy for me to travel around . we could share the cost and combine our resources . think about it. we could either work together or you competition ;0) but it would be great if we travel together and make contents and split the hotel cost as well till we start making money . contact me if you are interested . best of luck Reza

1. No competition here. It’s an entertaining channel for all people 2. I think he does ok with other ethnic cuisines. He’s just as passionate about other meals as with Iranian food.
@ReeSatt
@ReeSatt Жыл бұрын
@@jksezhey1 1. in the world of youtubers , there are competitions for who has the best content and it is healthy. for me and you is entertaining, for youtuber's is their life , source of income, so there are competitions , otherwise why vloggers keep saying subscribe & rubbing balls for followers!!!! 2. as host he should treats all videos the same and show same energy. not only for persian food. 3. what are you? his lawyer or his PR?
@jksezhey1

@@ReeSatt no I don’t work for him! Just saying it shouldn’t be about competition. I don’t think Mr. Taster is doing this for money! He’s already loaded, common man. I’d say he was more excited about Los Angeles tacos than the Persian food. He’s a great guy having fun. That’s all that matters.
