Iranian food tour in Tehrangeles (Los Angeles) with dear Jeffrey and tasting various Iranian foods such as Kale Pache, Kebab, Dizi, traditional saffron ice cream are all in the first part of this exciting report in Los Angeles
In the city of Los Angeles, I decided to start an Iranian food tour in two days, and on the first day and the first part of this report, I am going to take Jeffrey and show him some Iranian food so that he can get to know with Iranian food. We are going to go to an Isfahan cafe which has biryan as well as Kale Pache, Dizi and many other delicious Iranian dishes. Along with my dear friends Jeffrey and Mehdi, we came to the Khaneh Kebab restaurant museum in Los Angeles, which is full of old items and elements and Iranian nostalgia, and every corner has a memory for all Iranians, and many famous Iranian singers like Moein, Martik were here.
They have a very cool teapot with seven pipes and we had authentic Iranian tea in a traditional way with a saucer. We tasted dizi, the famous and traditional dish of Iranians, and of course kale pache, a very famous Iranian breakfast. Kale Pache actually has sheep's head and legs, which are cooked for hours with water, onions and spices. The cheek, tongue, brain, and legs are eaten together with Sangak bread, which was very delicious. We also tried sangak bread with koobideh and tomato and herbs which was also great
Briyan is a famous food of Isfahan which is made from mutton meat, spices, vegetables, walnuts and lungs on the side, which is very fatty and delicious. We also tried dizi that has broth, meat, onion, potato and tomato. The beans are cooked together for hours and then combined We also tested it with Geoffrey's pounded kebab, and it turned out to be a masterpiece with Sangak bread, tomatoes and onions.
After here, we went to the shop next to this restaurant, which has a sandwich named Persepolis sandwich, which was thirty years old, and they have a lot of delicious and nostalgic sandwiches, such as the Olovieh sandwich, which consists of chicken, egg, potato, pickled cucumber, mayonnaise, Brain and tongue sandwich, bandari sandwich with sausage fried with hot onions and tomato paste, and having a pizza with sausage, bell peppers, and cheese, and it was a very interesting experience in Los Angeles.
After that, we went to try the traditional Iranian saffron ice cream at Gol and Bulbul ice cream shop, which has very delicious saffron ice cream and Falodeh, the same famous Shiraz Falodeh that I tested a lot in Shiraz, and we went with Mark Wiens. They have saffron pistachio ice cream, which was great, you must try it, the pistachios are very delicious. We also had the famous Shirazi Falodeh, which can be eaten with cherry syrup and lemon juice.

dude I'm from the south , we had southern harbor sausage all the time , or sosis bandari, deep fried onions with fried tomato paste and lots of chili powder served with fresh parsley , fresh tomato and wild pickles in a hotdog bun , Bandari means from the harbor , Bandar Abbas is the main port in the south and its where are the spices come from , that is why the sausage is spicy , they add chili powder to it , they also add spicy mayo or thousand island sauce , if you don't like your bandai hotdog spicy , your not from the south , its supposed to be really spicy

36:00 ya Italians don't like chicken on their pizza from my experience , I worked in construction with this Italian guy once , he told me to get pizza and I didn't eat pork so I ordered chicken on the pizza instead , when he opened the box he got pissed off , they only like pepperoni or sausage , they don't like chicken on the pizza

hi man you know what , if I could rank the best food in the world , it would be Scottish haggis hands down , the liver kabobs are pretty good too , but for seafood I think mussels are the best , in Turkey they have the famous rice stuffed mussels , its the small black mussels but in Thailand they have the giant green mussel , they make a mango salad with mangoes and cilantro and onions and chili peppers or green hot Thailand peppers , than they garish the mussel with the mango salad , dude its amazing

Mr.Taster should start a restaurant if he moves to LA , dude I'm gong to visit that house of kabob if I visit LA next time for sure , kale pache is nice , dude in Shiraz they add lamb tripe to the head and hooves , they let it cook for 12 hours with lots of onions and spices , if you don't use onions and lots of spices, your going to ruin the meat , its going to smell , you have to use lots of onions and turmeric and spices to mask the smell , also with the head and tripe you need to wash it thoroughly before cooking it .

The best food is the liver kabob , finely diced liver cooked over charcoal served with flat bread and raw onions and raw radish , sometimes you can sprinkle the raw onion with sumac , the best food in general is scottish haggis, they also have a street food in Iran which is liver and lung diced with fried onions , its called Jaghoor Baghoor , but 4 of the best foods in the world would be mussels , seaweed salad and Scottish haggis and Liver and kidney kabobs , I think so . Dude It sucks because they don't sell frozen Scottish haggis , you can only find it at certain expensive restaurants and its not cheap , its not easy to prepare

Mr.Taste you should visit Cuba , its the greatest country in the world and it has the best cities and beaches , in terms of size Havana is the same size as LA , dude its amazing , dude its an amazing country , My top 5 picks for the best cities in the world would be : LA , Havana , Shanghai , Tokyo and Mecca and Medina but I'm telling you man , Havana is hands down the greatest city in the world , dude everyone has food stamps and free healthcare and crime is basically zero and dude its cheap , I got meal for 2 people for 5 dollars , dude its amazing
