I played this when i was a kid but never got much far. So Grog will always kill us? Makes no sense why somebody would program this

I played a lot of the C-64 versions of this and Quest for Tires when I was a kid. Fun stuff.

My parents bought my brother and me this game for the ColecoVision. I could never finish the game, despite my best efforts. Given how the game ended, maybe that's not a bad thing ;)

You used them to wrap around the mountain. Avoid the stalagmites and collect the stone while at it. That's all really. No mystery at all :)

It doesn't scroll a lot of stuff (Most of the background is just the same color most of the time), and the fact its just 2 colors also helps

Yep, the only MSX game I know which has smooth scrolling. I remember it being buggy though and have just found out after 36 years that there was a known bug so you couldn't finish the game....
