I agree with using care with buying items like an air fryer to save money. I started by cutting the large ticket items like car and home insurance, food, clothing, electric, telephone and cable services. Then took a portion (10-20%) of that money to save more money. Make a list of items that would help. Then as I found them at yard/boot sales, Facebook marketplace or a retailer on sale/offer with a discounted gift to lower the price further I would purchase them. It’s like the snowball debt payment plan in reverse to constantly increase your savings in your budget. Additionally, as the return on savings decreased, the money was diverted to savings. Savings might be vacation, Christmas, birthdays, or bulk up the emergency funds, regular saving, retirement, college/trade school savings.

Just found your channel. Some really good tips. I do lots of them, the only ones I don’t really do are the cash back apps. I need to look into these more. Thanks for sharing. New subscriber as well .

Thank you so much for joining me! Great to have you. The cashback apps have really been a positive addition to money-saving for me. Airtime Rewards just works away in the background and is low maintenance, and with TopCashback I just need to remember to shop via their app.
