Oh I am planning an overnight camp and a morning climb of this monster. I shall watch later on my big screen. Thanks.

Ah, nice. Our method of choice also! Enjoy the film and of course, the Buachaille itself! 🤩

Wonderful video, well done. I've climbed this mountain twice and saw - - - - nothing both times. Climbing up thinking things would improve but no, low cloud the first time and again the second with torrential rain. The most memorable part of the day was sitting in the old climbers bar at the Kingshouse with a pie and a pint. Thank you for showing what I missed together with the superb history and factual content. First Class.

Superb, have really enjoyed this, the ultimate guide. I've only made two ascents, but what a wonderful mountain. Have a few tales about this and the other mountains in the Glencoe area, but will just share this, my late friend Ian Drummond, with whom I made my first ascent, had the greatest respect for the mountain, when travelling across Rannoch Moor, he would always stop near Kingshouse, leave his car and bow his head in deference.

Brilliant again Sam! Enjoyed this immensely! You must have ploughing a fair few hours into this and it shows. Some great background info on what is probably my favorite mountain so far! I have to say though that your videos first inspired me to get out and enjoy the hills and record them as I went! I do miss your more simple frequent adventures in the hills! We need more! Cheers again and thanks for all the effort!! Paul

Thanks Paul. Yeah, it was a lot of work but the Buachaille deserved it. Back to shorter episodes after this.
