Another detail about Gurney in Complete Mayhem, he's the only townie who runs STRAIGHT for the Girls Dorm, so it does kinda still line up with his dialogue about girls. And since he is still hostile toward Jimmy in that mission despite having 100 respect with townies, it kinda shows off detail how he is more a psychopath who's only helping Jimmy because Edgar said so.

frankly I can think of the perfect way to introduce Edgar as the townie leader: during the mission 'preppies vandalized' after Jimmy takes the photo of the burning trophies, there could have been a cutscene where Edgar and a few other townies find Jimmy at his spot on the docks; Edgar would introduce himself and then threaten Jimmy in a typical townie fashion before sicking his townie friends on Jimmy and fleeing because 'some snot nosed school kid ain't worth his time', this would lead to Jimmy having to fight his way out of the docks and he'd find out who Edgar was before confronting him at the plant.

I kinda wish they made a chapter where Gary joins the townies clique and convinces them to turn of Jimmy. It would give the townies more screen time and we could maybe get to see a little bit of every other clique in that chapter. I feel like Pete and Russell will be at their peak in this chapter because they're Jimmy's closest allies and it will also take place during the summer, maybe Jimmy could connect with his new step father in the first couple of missions before Gary starts raining havoc.

I know they’re not a clique but I feel the Bullworth faculty were quite underused as well, since classes can completed fairly early in the story and staff rarely appear in free roam at all. I think the staff could have been used for way more side missions or even assigning Jimmy detention tasks. Are you doing to do an analysis on the other cliques as well?

There definitely should have been more focus put on Zoe considering she's basically Jimmy's 'best girl' who he actually likes, and isn't just a stepping stone like the other Bullworth girls. Pinky is one of my favourite girls cause we actually spend time with her and she approaches Jimmy who she actually likes and cheers him on during boxing. And adding the fact you go on an actual date with her, she truly feels like a girlfriend to Jimmy. Zoe definitely should have gotten more missions and screentime than Pinky considering how much Jimmy likes her.

So apparently there's a minor Bully reference on the new RDR Online update. One of the people you need to catch during the Bounty Hunting missions is named "Meredith Hopkins". This isn't anything major but it's interesting to see how during a time of Bully 2 hype R* decided to give a fugitive not only the main character's last name but in the description it said she shot a boy for trespassing. Zoe is actually seen in free roam.. Chapter III Because of a winter attire around Blue Skies. (Obviously you can't enter do to a road jam). And she is around Blue Skies just after her missions... The problem is it's a very "delicate" small window of time. Like before Complete Mayhem. Was Otto possibly the one who was flirting with Lola?

Is there any known reason as to why Rockstar split the planned Punks clique into the Bullies and Townies, two underdeveloped cliques that play little to no role in the game compared to the others? Considering that the Townies have a hideout, a female member and even a school dodgeball team (things the Bullies lack), it seems like it was a last minute decision made late in development and the Bullies were added to pad the game and make use of extra characters like Russell.

Especially if we saw Bullworth students, especially the Bullies and the Greasers who torment the Townies the most, were shown to treat them horribly, then we probably would get more insight to why they did what they did in Chapter 5.

I actually like the Townies' personalities in free roam gameplay more than in the story/missions. Clint isn't just a deranged skinhead in his quotes; he's still mean and violent, but he shows a more wisecracking, con artist schemer vibe when you hear his quotes in-game. Same goes for Jerry, Leon, Gurney etc. It's a lot more interesting than just them being the crazy clique in my opinion.

Because Townies aren't a gang/clique they're all just street kids drop outs. It could be punks, hip hop, thugs, skaters or whatever outsider. they have all different personalities.
