Thanks for this great info. Where do usually can buy organ like heart or liver. I have been feeding my cat for two years just with organic chicken breast or Tuna but I haven’t been added any mineral or vitamins. So I have been doing wrong 😢

Very useful information thank you!! Do you have a recommendation for protein, fat, and carb ratios for a dog diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy? My dog is otherwise very healthy. I am currently feeding my dog a recommended diet but I am concerned that it may be high in carbs. 27% protein, 36%fat, and 36% carb. carbs are from brown rice and sweet potato.

This is not what I get when I log into balance it. There is no “auto balancer” option. There is no ingredient list to choose from. Just a bunch of high carb options and a push to sell their supplements. Is there a secret to getting these options?

Problem with this site is the weight only goes up to 100lbs. What about the dogs are over that? I have a 125lb dog and because this site doesn’t go up to that amount, I along with other giant dog owners cannot use it.

The problem with Balance It for felines is that you cannot get recipes with just meat. You cannot customize it that way, they want to add potatoes, pumpkin vegetable matter. Sorry cats are obligate carnivores they don't eat potatoes and pumpkin. So if you ever decide to use just meat for felines in your recipes maybe I might go back to you, but until then, no way. And vets are "paid" just like drug reps do at doctors offices, they get perks for using Rx Hills, R. Canin so vet approved is nonsense. Vets don't learn about nutrition just like regular doctors, they only band aid the symptoms, not addressing the real issue.

I make meat only recipes with their software for my cats using the carnivore blend. It works fine
