Thank you Steph for sharing your PCOS story. I had a similar story where I was exercising and dieting but I kept gaining weight and the comments did a number on my mental health. But my gynecologist helped a lot. We don’t have enough info out there. I’m happy you are getting assistance and I’m glad Hungani is so supportive. ❤Love you guys

Mrs Ndlovu , thanks so much for 😢sharing your story and I’m not taking away from all the other hardships but, a stranger is exactly what it is . Because prior to my baby I was also on a weight loss, journey prior to my child and when I fell pregnant I was like calm I’ll just get back to working out, But my body isn’t responding the way it used to, and it’s a total mind fuck, working out like crazy and eating well but just gaining weight 😭😭😭😭has just defeated me. The reminders that you get from family which is so unnecessary irks me sooooo much and has been worse because me and my husband recently got married and the comments from family members is the worst. Thanks for calling them out. However thanks for sharing your journey, because at some point I was even taking pregnancy tests thinking I was pregnant again and hearing from someone else is so comforting. I pray your journey is blessed. Ghurl you’re looking so cute ☺️ but I hear you and feel you on this. It’s just so crazy coz I’m surrounded by mama’s who bounced back after surgery so I just felt like I was making excuses . But my body was really so foreign. Point is I’m grateful for your answer. I needed to hear it❤

I’ve been feeling like a stranger in my own body for a couple of months now. Im 24 and i suddenly got this crazy surge of really bad acne. Having gone through puberty with fairly good skin this was a hard hit on me emotionally. Steph spoke about the comments especially from family. Yooooohhhhh i dont think as people we fully comprehend just how much a small tiny comment affects the next person in a tremendous way. Im depressed. Ive been trying everything and anything and for every other person to come and state their opinion or their recommendations like you are just sitting there letting your skin be this disgusting is just unfair. Im sad. Im crying. Im 24 and all i want to do is stay in bed all day locked up so i dont have to see anyone who might make a comment. But life isn’t that kind. You have to get up each day and face your fears. Owwkkaayyy i just went on a full on rant 😂😂😂well not fully cz this is just the tip of the iceberg.

My only daughter is turning 7 and I have not 'bounced' back😞 it's depressing, people are quick to label it as a 'lack of discipline' from my side but I am doing all the things-within the whole 80/20 thing💔 anyway I haven't gone to see a professional about it so thank you for sharing, I'm thinking I should consult and see where the issue is.

I really appreciate you being so honest about your PCOS journey. I recently got diagnosed with PCOS and I'm insulin resistant as well; so I can relate to the struggle with weight loss. You've made me feel less alone and I really hope that you'll make more videos about your journey(if you're comfortable, of course) That said, I'm wishing you all the best in your recovery journey!

The rawness of this video is everything and has given me a sense of belonging especially that Stephanie was put on the spotlight! I am a month, 1week postpartum and my struggles I must say have been quite challenging especially that I am not in the same space with my partner to feel his love, support and assurance regardless of him doing the necessary things for his child while I battle with my own demons and takecare of our little one all by myself. This is ME right now, 10 months post partum. I gained 11kg during preggo, I lost 6kg straight after birth and gained 5kg during breastfeeding. I am banting and doing light exercises but my body gives me no returns walahi. I gave in and went to a registered dietician last Friday. I got my menu and am easing into it this week . My mum when trying to describe a big lady at her church said to me verbatim, " she is bigger than you so imagine!" I am like wow I am my mum's ballpark of all things big, that's fun! PCOS is a beast but I do want to thank my body for giving me 4 gorgeous kids inspite of being told it couldn't . I will take weight gain any day for it is the result of my biggest blessings

Falling out of love is really not easy a person has to take extreme measure or to be really toxic to make the other party fall out of love. which is why we see a lot of people staying in toxic situation or giving their partners 100 chances and hope that their will eventually change. The are a number of reasons that make people stay in a relationship, the bond you have created over the years, you already trust this person, scared of dating again, trauma/ abandonment issues, children, money. In reality its the love because in some instances you know how toxic the relationship is and how damaging it is to you and you children but some how you can't let it go. In summary people should know that they went through extreme lengths to make their partner fall out of love with them. Especially from a female perspective. I do not think in a relationship a person should worry so much about their partner falling out of love with them, but rather be worried about the staff that a person does every single day to make their partner fall out of love with them.

Now with my 2nd born 😮 the weight I’ve gained 🫢 I’m 9 months postpartum and I look even more pregnant than I did when I was pregnant.
