I like the bag and the seams. It gives the bag character. The liner is ok. It would be mostly unseen. I'm easy to please but I love the overall appearance. Waiting for the tutorial.

It's a real bummer when you put in all the work and end up not liking a project. The bag is nice but if you don't like it, you don't like it!!! The straps on knitted/crocheted bags tend to stretch over time so I line my bag handles with a stable fabric. More work but worth it. If you don't like sewing that's a problem (lol). Had a friend who's mom did the sewing on her knitted things. The colour of the lining gives extra interest to the bag. Nothing wrong with pulling it all out and starting again. I've done that too (lol). Love your videos.............

The bag: it's cute, inside and out! I'd simply take a colored yarn that goes with the inside fabric (muti-colored?) and do an embroidered cross-hatch X design over the seaming. It would be cute! Tutorials: why not take the granny square lessons that you've given and apply them to a Granny Square Cardi tutorial or a tote bag/purse design? There are sooooo many things to do with them other than afghans!

I had a favorite knitted corner to corner baby blanket with a favorite cotton yarn that I always gave to expectant moms. I have never found that perfect combo again. I have a cone of it in white that I’ve hoarded for close to 15 years. I think the scarves are a perfect lining for the bag. Try using a smaller size needle. Knit the bottom rectangle, then, using a circular needle, pick up the number of stitches needed for the body. I think this would minimize the amount of sewing required. Using a smaller size needle would give the bag more body. I hope this makes sense.

It’s so hard when you complete a project and it’s not really your taste. Also anything you like to make is great. I do really enjoy your shortcuts. Particularly in relation to knitting. If you are taking suggestions any type of simple sweater (maybe as a KAL or a CAL??? Either way I watch your videos and wish you all the best ♥️

​@lacyhorton890 How long is your finger staying white? I have Raynaud's, and my fingers will be white or sometimes purplish for maybe an hour at the most. If your finger(s) stays white for a long time, you may want to see your doctor.

That was clever use of a bandana. Its not bad at all and does give the otherwise vanilla bag some character. Good luck with revising to a no sew bag. I think the worst part of knitting a bag is the stretch factor. Hope it works for you.

Yeah, I know the feeling of not liking what you’ve just made….. I love the bandanna on the inside. I’m not a fan of “floppy” bags, so I won’t pass judgement because of that. But I can see it’s been well made 🤷‍♀️ If you learned something from making it, then it hasn’t been a wasted exercise!! For future videos, could you show us different stitches (and in your opinion) what something made from using them, would best be made from them. I love chunky yarn, but it doesn’t lend itself that good for crochet.

I like the bag. Maybe put some fringe, tassels or small ruffles around the seams to hide what you don't like? That is what I would do.

i like the liner, hope you share the link to the pattern. The bag is faded on camera, maybe use another color. I agree, knitting way too long for me. I see many socks on YT that look beautiful. For me personally, I might not want to wear them since it takes way too long to knit them.

Can you sell your little bag with the yarn to us, as is, please? Then you can be free to do another project. I would enjoy this bag by finishing it and giving it as a gift. I don’t want you to be stuck. You need to start another project because this is worrying you. It still is lovely and the lining is good work. I think a young man would love it❤❤❤❤❤
