Yep...they're covering their six. However...there are some clues that Kayce's team buddy might have been involved. The last number Sarah called from the burner phone had a Houston area code. Kayce's buddy said that a "team out of Houston" was conducting hits on the level of a governor when Kayce asked. Plus...the guy was returning some from some sort of mission out of town....and he never called Kayce back as he said he would. Now...all of those points could be just to throw us off...but the other clue is this; Kayce described perfectly what it would take to stage a suicide...the way he was trained to do it as a Seal.

This is my theory on what's coming: Tate said he doesn't want the ranch, the family wants to keep it intact as much as possible, I believe they'll decide to give it the reservation because they know they can't keep it now. Kasey and Monica will keep their portion of course. Beth, Rip and the cowboys will move to Texas and run their own ranch. And the bad guys all get taken to the train station.

It would be very difficult for them to legally prove that Market Equities (a $180 billion dollar company) had John killed. Remember in Sarah 's last scene with Jamie she said, do you know how many people are "taken care of" and the police can never prove it!! If they can get some leverage or proof via the wet work team who are obviously ex-military via Kayce's connections then the Duttons can blackmail Market Equities for the money to save the ranch and drop their development deal!!! Alternatively, a BIG TWIST would be if Summer somehow saves the ranch because John clearly made a big impact on her!!

I loved, loved, that Kacey finally carries the show. We see his military experience in action and I do hope he has a big role as the show moves to conclusion. He is one of my fave but understated characters. You are right that Kayce wants to give his brother the benefit of the doubt but this just adds to the tension in the story because we know what will come to Jaime. I was not expecting Sarah to die early or the way she did but I think this will make the rest of the shows very dramatic as “it’s out” that the John Dutton was killed and her death proves some type of conspiracy. I loved the observation about Jaime, that despite his weakness, he rebounds quickly. He is like an injured snake that will lunge and strike until he is dead. I think this is what makes him a good and dangerous adversary in the show. I think Tate will inherit and he will respect his Indian traditions as well, in that he will preserve the land as his the men before him always wanted to. I think this is one reason John Dutton asked Monica to take the unused cabinet. I am interested in seeing what becomes of the young man Rip and Beth took in.

In 1883 the Indian said the land will come back home to the Indians after 7 generations, well Tate is the 7 th generation and he is Indian, so I don’t know the tax laws but they probably won’t have to pay inheritance tax on the land as an Indian will own the land and Jamie misses out again. I think Rip and Beth will start a ranch in Texas after the lady police said the only place you can get meat is from 6666

When Kasey is talking to the detective about changing the investigation, before he walks out the detective says they are going to kill who ordered it. And Kayce replies that then they will know who did it. That with the fact of the company who carried out the hit watching the same press conference and the fact that they burned the numbers that Sarah had for them, only means that the company she hired has killed her too. Being that they are all ex Black Ops guys like Kasey's former CO told him only makes sense that the killing style would be the same as Kasey was trained to do. I can't wait for the next episodes but I don't want it to be over either.

totally agree with you I've been bewildered why Rip and Kayce aren't getting Angry we can see who ever gets it they will haft to deal with an extremely angry Kayce who is a dangerous guy to be on the wrong side of his anger Jamie would be wise to be scared as he knows what his brother is capable of and killing his farther its the ultimate thing you can do to see him at his worse, where's Rip he's the only guy who can deal with Beth as he's been her rock and you can see she needs him back at Yellowstone, I wouldn't give you a plug nickel for Jamie if they suspect his finger was in it he's done, I think your pretty close but I think its the hit Men cleaning house after it was on TV that they now suspect murder, I think Kayce will find out who killed his father and Jamie could redeem his self if he saves the Yellowstone with Kayce but Beth and Rip is another story

Nope, Rip and Beth are gonna survive and be in the new series, same with Kayce, Monica and Tate then the rest of the cowboys and Teeter. They have to continue the story, it's too good to lose our favourite characters completely. If I know Sheridan, he'll wrap up the OG show with a bang and then continue on a new venture without Costner being the front runner and make Kayce, Beth and their family unit be the focus. Kayce will train up Tate to run and keep their little slice of paradise they just built, Monica's preggers again (that's why she's been so emotional of late - the offhanded comment from Tate about it being her "time of the month" and her face after was like as if she knew something was up). Rip will push for Carter's support network and raise him as his own with Beth after he finds out Jamie is the reason why Beth can't give him his own children. I'm so invested in these characters and God I'm making an educated wish that they keep them together in some decent capacity for many more years, I really want to see them blossom further without John Dutton and realize their full potential without his ruling, and having Kayce and Rip run things.
