And his 'burden' as an actor playing the role of Jesus is minute compared to what the real Jesus went through during his life here on this earth and yes, it could be a burden for someone to dip into that because of the power there is in the life of Christ on this earth. It is an eye opener... a heart opener. The only thing I can say is that I hope Jonathan Roumie walks away knowing and following the real Jesus, not just adding him to his other spiritual beliefs which are not based on the truth of God's word. He has done a wonderful job of portraying Jesus as he might have been according to some. He is a very good actor. But I think we often get caught up in combining the acting w truth and worshiping the actor instead of the real creator of the universe. I hope he has success in what he chooses to do in his career, he could make a great impact on many. But following Jesus alone is the biggest impact he could ever make.

From reading through all of the comments, it seems as though many people feel the same as I do--tired of the crazy waiting game for this and other Taylor Sheridan series that are renewed, but ridiculously delayed in producing subsequent seasons. I agree that he is a talented writer/producer, but maybe there is a limit to how many "irons" one can have in the fire? That perhaps he is blessed with a condition that affects millions of people who are great idea generators, but often have difficulty with follow-through or finishing things? It's called ADHD--Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. I don't know how much help he has with things or how much he wants, but really it's very frustrating to get interested in a show and then have to wait for very long periods of time for the next season! A Note About The Native American Girls Catholic Boarding Schools: This is a gruesome, yet fascinating historical fact that I didn't know about. What an ugly part of our history as a nation! I'm glad it was included here, but it does seem out of place in this story--very abrupt when making the transition in and out of this piece of the the story. It really could use its own separate storyline. I'm looking forward to season 2.
