This is awesome Nick and Sam! Love the end where you both talked about having more than enough and being content.

Love the reminder from Sam (at 38:30) about the inadequacies that others feel -- even super successful people.

I love when Sam is talking business. On MFM he can come off goofy when he is really clever and knows his shit. I really like this side of him.

1:45:00 certain communities need a home, and its a savings a account for them. mostly because they won't make a ton of money, wont change careers, wont gain massive wealth.

1:52:46 Seriously, what’s he on about ? $500 million? $5 billion? Nuts. There are mansions out there worth $150 mil. AND they’re huge not to mention the land surrounding it, more a palace, what’s he talking about? You can buy a small country for $5 billion. Or a small US state. Need we mention property tax ? Land tax ? Just throwing buncha numbers out there thinking we’re all dumb here. Mukesh Ambani’s skyscraper is worth $2 billion and that’s like a humongous property occupying a whole city block.

Can someone sometime interview folks who can’t qualify for loans, don’t have a family to keep extra stock in their basement or package orders for them, just someone who is a regular person with no safety nets who found success? Thanks ❤

@@Maudegrlot less capital to get started. Just need to be creative and interesting. Doesnt take up lots of space. Not saying he cant comment on that. Actually they did a pod on how they would start now from nothing and talked about social media marketing service which has similar advantages as a content based business
