Nick, thanks for resetting my compass. Your unique ability to convey chi gong concepts so the western mind can understand and internalize it marks you as a leader in bringing chi gong to everyone. Friends of mine in the medical field who have suffered for years with chronic health issues with no help from western medicine have turned their health around when introduced to your methods of sharing chi gong and TCM. Thanks again.

Oh Nick, this is a wonderful session. You take such care with finding locations : the sounds of the running water are so healing for the mind. Loved the mixture of playfulness and grounding, science and spirit. Tiger and crane are wonderful companions. Thank you !

I really appreciated your commentary on the lung/metal meridian properties. Haven't yet heard it spelled out so clearly as you did in this video. Metal is the element I have had the most challenging time connecting with. And yes I am of the temperament you described as needing more metal to help create boundaries and clarity. Thanks yet again Nick for your generosity and commitment to sharing your knowledge and experience with this powerful discipline.

Another gorgeous location and wonder-full session. I resonate with the idea that those of us for whom the healing/teaching/spiritually curious archetype is alive often struggle to access or own our metal energy. This has been true for me. And I'm working on it! This practice is both timely and welcome. Thank you so much Nick. Keep going well. 🙏🏽🍂🍁🌙🙏🏽

I love this one so much! The Metal element practices just feel so good to my body. I love the Tiger and Crane movements. Living in the Rockies, I often imagine them as Cougar and Sandhill Crane, just to relate to the creatures who live in my environment more. I keep coming back to this one over and over again. Such a breathtaking location too. I love all of the places you film in. I really like how you can hear the natural environment too. One of my favorite things about your DVD are all the birds and wind sounds you can hear.

Wow! This is the first time I've followed one of your videos. Qigong changed my life when I started practicing just before the 2021 new year. Wow! Nick, this is my favorite so far. Very relaxing and stimulating at the same time. Love the tiger moves. Does it also have a minor focus on the large intestine meridian?
@TheNickLoffree2 жыл бұрын
Yes, the large intestine channel is the Yang paired with the Yin of the lung channel. In Qigong we mostly work directly with the Yon organ channel, and let the effects seep to the Yang organ channel indirectly.
