Definitely one of my new faves for late evening. Interesting that my other evening fave was also in deep snow :) Lovely practice.

Thanks so much Nick! I was very upset and sad before this class, which is why I chose it. I feel much better and quite relaxed afterwards. Thanks again 🐙

Just read in your bio info that you studied with L Holden and that explains to me why I was drawn to your videos. Your approach was comforting and familiar immediately for me. He was my first qu gong instructor and I followed him for several years. Grateful for your dedication to making your calm, gently insistent and consistent approach to centering and challenging the body mind, spirit accessible on KZbin.

Thank you Nick! This is a great routine and the snow is so beautiful and serene. Seems like this routine is a good one for perimenopause and general menstrual health as well?

If you’ve developed a Chi deviation I highly recommend seeking the help of an acupuncturist or TCM professional to straighten things out.

I just recently found this and it is a perfect way to begin my day. Love the shorter length since I’m often rushed in the morning. And the meditation piece was a great addition. Thank you 😊!

Georgi Dinkov is a gem. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and teaching us. Orange juice and Aspirin, I love it. May God Bless him for what he does for humanity. Thank you so much. Learning so much from him, couldn't believe I listened to Dr. Mindy Pelz, messed me up like crazy. Loving Coke and ice cream!! Thanks for bringing common sense back.

Thank you for teaching this foundational stance! is there any guidance you can give to help understanding how deeply to tuck the tailbone? I find myself trying to compensate for my general hyperextension of low back and am having a hard time knowing if I'm doing to much of a tuck. Thanks
@TheNickLoffree2 күн бұрын
Use a wall to find the position. Then do it in zhan zhuang by relaxing the tailbone down, rather than forcefully tucking it under. Try this for the wall: Qigong Wall Exercise | Posture & Proprioception | Tao Yin - Low Back & Neck - Fascia Stretch kzbin.info/www/bejne/mmK7l6KGg7Jkpck
