If you need a puppy sitter I’m a certified positive reinforcement trainer and used to do puppy imprint training and I am in serious puppy withdrawal 😂. I am in Canada but you know if you’re in the neighborhood 😆

Thank you Nick! Can I do each practice separately or does it have to be in this order?

I've been doing the short version of this for a while. Today I'm home all day and decided to try this longer version. Thank you Nick ... I feel much more relaxed and centered.

What a great practice! This really warmed up my body! Nick, I did the ‘deer’ routine yesterday b/c my back was ‘on fire’. I felt as though electricity was emanating from my spine outward. It was uncomfortable. That “deer” routine decreased that sensation by nearly 80% or so. Doing this routine today, it is nearly gone. Many thanks. (I had been doing a 2-week muscle-building/walking routine and neglected the Qigong. 😢.) Never again will I neglect what my body needs to feel normal. Would you please share information on your fabulous snow boots? I’m going to Scotland in the Spring (sorry, not your retreat sadly). I could use some all-weather boots like what you are wearing.

Awesome to hear! The boots are from Belenka. They make barefoot minimalist style shoes of all kinds :)

GREAT ROUTINE! We loved the challenge-please continue creating routines that incorporate more advanced strength exercises. The combination of traditional Qigong and strength training is a fantastic idea, and it’s clear from the comments that people loved it too! You’ve been considering how to blend traditional Qigong with strength exercises for a while, and you’re definitely on the right track. This approach has great potential to attract more viewers, especially as strength training is so essential for healthy aging-and let’s face it, none of us want to age! Please dive deeper into this concept-I am excited to see more! GREAT WORK ❤

Thank you again for providing these videos. They are extremely well done, and they are very helpful. You are clearly mastering yourself and the art of qigong. It's deeply nurturing to my body, mind, and soul. ❤

Gratitude. Heaps of it for this Solstice healing sounds routine, starting with that beautiful child and loving dog energy. Appreciate the healing sounds visualizations and reminders of the qualities, colors and sounds associated with each organ. Just the review I was needing.
