These winter practices with trees, snow, and campfire are so nurturing. Just what I needed tonight

What a powerful, beautiful practice! Loved being in the snowy woods, lit by firelight & sunlight. Released my back pain, I definitely feel lots of positive chi. Grateful to you, as always. Will share with my friend, a psychotherapist.

Beautiful moving meditation/Qigong practice! The location, the fire, the wind, your voice leading us - all so calming. I love nature, but I rarely get outside to enjoy it since I no longer live in a nice area, so I truly appreciate your lovely outdoor Qigong videos. They always transport me to such beautiful places! Thank you very much, Nick! Blessings to you and your family.❤️

Thanks Nick for this beautiful practice. You find the most peaceful places to record the practices you put here for all of us to enjoy. I just did this practice along with you and it is most relaxing. The fire and the beautiful sky and your peaceful voice make it so special. I will be doing this one many times in the evening to help me relax and turn off the day, Thanks again,🙂

I love all that tapping. I even do that in a EFT session tapping on the sides of the body. I could easily imagine that yellow energy with the sun in the background and loved the sound of the fire. I felt the energy all of the time in my fingers. When I am in meditation with my hands over my heart they become very warm. Thx 😍🤩😍

My first practice of the day and WOW! This one is Powerful! It shifted stress and stuck emotions from my body. So wonderful. Thank you Nick. I only wish I knew about QiGong when I was working for the state. I might have been a nicer person. 😊 (That was like serving a prison sentence. Thank God I am free from that environment.)

Thank you. I have been following your classes for a few years on and off now and I appreciate your grounded energy. I searched for one of your older empath / wei qi building videos and was delighted to see you uploaded a new one only a few hours ago. The cinematography and setting is always beautiful. Much gratitude!

Lovely routine, Thank you Nick. Such a beautiful setting. Ive been practicing Qi Gong for nearly two years now and am glad I found you along the way, (KZbin algorithms 😂) Yours are the only routines I follow now and I like how you tell us what good we are doing to our bodies and minds. I work in mental health and I love your routines for healers etc. Since practicing daily I have noticed how much calmer I am and I can feel the Qi building in my body. My energy levels are much better and as I turned 60 last year I intend to keep practicing with you every day. Thank you so much for all you do. 🙏
