Vocal dynamic is actually called falsetto. The right ear thing is panning... if one guitar band then the intro tends to be a single track and when it drops, then it's usually a double tracked guitar.

Would like to suggest another danish band for U to check out : Mew with the track Comforting Sounds ( best version is live from Copenhagen ) they are not as " heavy " as Volbeat , more like mellow rock /alternative but totally awesome , hope U will check them out ( the lead singer Jonas - vocal in Mew is an eargasm to in my oppinion , just on another lvl / genre ) Liked and subscribed !
