Banjo artist is Rod Sinclair Scot Living in Denmark, female Singer is Mia Maja who have done a bit of work with Volbeat but not that famous for her own music, Telia Parken is the Danish National Stadium in Copenhagen where most big stadium bands would play in Denmark, and something a lot of Danish bands aspire to be able to fill out, Volbeat has had a few tours where they played after Telia Parken. The Danish bit : For evigt, måske for evigt Ska' vi sammen samme vej Og når i morgen får øjne, og natten hviler sig Ska' vi for evigt måske samme vej Rough Translation: For Ever, maybe for ever, Will we together go the same way, And when tomorrow open its eyes, and the night rests, Will we forever go the same way. It definitely is an anthem, the second largest sport in Denmark, Handball, have more or less adopted this anthem to say that the fans, especially of the male and female national teams, sing this chorus during games to show the team unwavering support. In fact just yesterday during Denmark world championship game against Chile you could hear the crowd singing this chorus and the stadium speaker thanking the crowd for the song. Personally for me the song is about the rocky road a relationship can be on, and the singer stating how all of those memories in spite of the problems still make him wish that the relationship will last forever.

For Evigt” is Danish for forever or eternally. The song features Johan Olsen as the guest artist, the singer from Magtens Korridorer, a Danish rock band. There is a version with an English chorus, called “The Bliss”. On the international version of the album, “For Evigt” and “The Bliss” have their track positions swapped. “For Evigt” is a song about remembering the good things in life and celebrating it. ‘Cause nobody knows if it’s going to last forever. It’s great to be working with Johan again - I think we work well together.

For Evigt is the first proper mainstream song of theirs. They are a heavy metal band. Many love a lot of their songs, but it's not for everyone. This one is, and the amount of Danish in this one compared to many of their other songs that are either entirely English or contain single Danish words is significant. This song made them national treasure.

They have so many great songs and every individual is at the top of their game for the instrument (or vocals and instrument) they play but you never see egos. Love them. Oh, by the way, the stalker looking dude is Johan, Volbeat's lead singer is Michael Poulsen who has a very unique sound himself. Michael, Jon, the drummer, Rob the lead guitarist (used to play with Anthrax) and Kasper the bass player are the only actual band members. Everyone else are guest appearances.
