Why Does the Work Comp Doctor Not Listen to Me?

If you are scheduled to go to an Ime then that doctor is there to lie and not treat you.They will twist everything you say and use it against you for the insurance company.It’s not independent.I’ve been through this several times and watch what you say to them

If my orthopedic surgeon . Blows me off about serious issues that I'm experiencing I'm firing him.. in the state of Ohio you can seek another professional opinion..

I Recently had a second interview by another Dr but this time I was on FaceTime with this psychologist? I was told I could only answer yes or no questions. I was not in a hearing so this was confusing? He asked me about the minor disabilities and not my Major disabilities that are most important and the reason why I am disabled. I wasn’t allowed to explain all of my disabilities. Some questions were answered for me or I was told to agree of which I couldn’t because most of these questions can’t be answered by yes or no response. I have 5 major issues of which my twin brother died 7 yrs ago from one of these disabilities we have. I was not taken seriously. Each day is harder because I can’t even make it to my Drs appointments because I’m in the country with a broken down car. I’ve given all of the okays and signatures to look into my insurance and disabilities in accidents to the hospitals and doctors after the interview it really showed nothing of what I am seriously disabled for each day is a blessing if I get to wake up. It has been seven months this is still going on I may be only be 40 but my brother passed away at 32. I shouldn’t have to be 65 to prove how bad my health is after even serving 20 years in the nursing field and subjecting my body to horseman conditions. Just wanting to share the story for others I hope it never happens to anybody else

@@gerrym.9354 I rarely get on this type of social media and did not know about the dots. So thank you. I was hoping to make sense of everything I wrote for others to see. I have been passing kidney stones and staying up late. I was looking for answers and watched your videos. It all made sense after watching. This truly happens to people and it is heart breaking. So many are not taken seriously and they loose their life ( like my brother) Thank you for your time and the prayers.
