About The Facts of Life: At the Eastland School in Peekskill, New York, Edna Garrett (Charlotte Rae) oversees the day-to-day lives of students who come from all walks of life. I love Natalie's hat, but I can understand why Tootie found it distracting. That's why I generally avoided study groups when I was in college and grad school. I get distracted easily, so a group would have done me more harm than good. Besides, I was usually pretty grumpy during exam week, so I wouldn't have been very good company!
