Little thing i noticed about Anakin...when he is upset or confused, you always see him starting to repair of build something...It's his coping mechanism, he likes to fix broken things and put things in order, it relaxes him. You see him here doing that again, now he is relaxed !

The strategy Ahsoka uses here was originally used by Grand Admiral Thrawn in the old Legends continuity (non-canon), so I wonder if Thrawn will use this move whenever he comes into live action.

Spoilers for the novel Thrawn: Alliances. There’s a flashback to Thrawn meeting Anakin and he learns of this maneuver. Ahsoka names it the Marg Sabl after a togrutan flower, which is the original thing from Heir to the Empire.

In order for clones to join the army faster, their DNA was modified to age several times faster, generation 1 clones, the oldest ones such as Rex and Cody, were born at 32 BBY (Before Battle of Yavin wich was in episode 4), and the war began at 22 BBY and the first season The Clone Wars continue in the first year of this war, i.e. the oldest clones are 10 years old, the war lasted 3 years, i.e. it ended at 19 BBY and then the oldest clones will be 13 years old, Ahsoka was born in 36 BBY, i.e. at the very beginning of the war she is between 14 and 15 years old so by the end of the war she will be 17 so she will still be older than all clones

Ahsoka resonates with so many fans because we get to grow up with her. She was hates initially because of stunts like this episode, where she failed due to her brashness. Every journey has to begin somewhere, though; and this is a early marker. You got to see where she ends up, Clone Wars will give you a ride as you follow her development. Its beautiful, and it was meticulously crafted by Dave and George

I did a Season 7 binge ending with a Fan Edit "Revenge of the Clone Wars" movie and for a moment there I could've sworn the opening of Revenge of the Sith was more fake looking than anything I had been watching. I don't know how they did it. But seriously, towards the end of the series the animation is EXCEPTIONAL!!! It absolutely changed my mind about animated Star Wars and didn't feel like a cartoon at all....especially a children's cartoon.

I dont know if theyre even gonna read this but screw it. Anakin cares for the clone more than anyone, this is one of the reasons he turns to the dark side, cause just like all the jedis say "you cant let emotions cloud your judgment" every other jedi cares but they can let go of their troopers easier than he will. Letting their emotions take over is a way to the dark side. So dont get mad at him cause hes mad Ahsoka shes just learning to lead a squad (HER FIRST TIME), Anakin knows when to pull back and when they need to continue cause he has the experience. he saw clearly that if she stayed out there she would of died with all her men. HES TRYING TO SAVE EVERYONE WHO WAS IN THE CHAOS. On top of that I dont think you guys noticed but he knew things were going wrong when the comms were going crazy with chatter, thats why he and the admiral made the face of this might be bad. When he or others lead there isnt crazy chatter.

Anakin is a really good leader. His plan always works and he knows exactly what to do in a situation but ahsoka is inexperienced and she tried to follow anakin's tactics but she just wasn't ready yet.

One thing you have to understand about clones is that they are trained to follow orders, and they are loyal to fault to the Republic. They consider the Jedi their friends. You guys will see later on in the series what makes the Grand Army of the Republic betray the Jedi.

No the difference is that Anakin only disobeyed orders when it only involves Anakins own life or like people he know can handle their own, like Obi wan. He had never disobeyed orders when he would risk other clones or civilian lifes.

Midshipmen, typically between the age of 14 and 22, had similar duties/responsibilities while trained to be an officer, incld. during wartime. Rather than go on and on (which I tend to do), perhaps I should just point you to a film like _Master and Commander._ It includes prime examples of teenagers being put in command, even during wartime. Having said that, the Jedi have questioinable traditions. 😬 Ultimately, given a little time to consider the situation, I'm confident you all will figure out why *Uncle Palpy* would start this war, and control both sides.

A comment on a different video pointed this out: In the scene where Aela gets killed, the clones raise their guns at her and she immediately starts searching the tree line because she thinks that they saw something she missed. It's sad to see the trust and close bond the Jedi developed with their troops leading to their downfall.

Palpatine is actually playing both sides of this conflict remember. The Clone War is just a tool he will use to turn the Republic against the Jedi. We see it subliminally in later episodes.

Great reaction only few things i take issue with from y'all discussion. One being that although you are right that anakin does always disobeys order it's the way he goes about it that makes it slightly different from the ashoka is disobeying. As a matter of fact that was a thing that anakin said himself to ashoka in some early episodes. Also you are right about the clones being fodder but don't get it twisted the jedi don't just all walk away during this war. At the start of the war there was like 10,000 jedi and by time you get to the BEGINNING of episode 3 there numbers are in the low hundreds. So there are jedi dying throughout this war which you will see more of those jedi casualties later in the series but i can see why y'all would think the jedi are just walking away from every battle considering the main jedi we follow through the series literally cannot die during the war. And lastly in terms of why Palpatine is doing all this... well it's pretty simple he wants to rule the galaxy as the emperor. The sith clings to power that's just their thing they want all the power and want ro live forever you know that kind of stuff. Great reaction from you guys ik I started watching these pretty late but it's still good to see u guys gettin more into the series and you guys seem to generally get the jist of everything so far. Also man y'all talking bout the clones turn is killing me 😭 y'all not ready.

In the original expanded universe, Ryloth was a tidal-locked planet with one side always facing their sun and one side always cold and dark. Aside from a thin ring of inhabitable land on the surface, most twilek had lived underground on their world. Was a little sad they didn't explore that type of planet in this show

Rex can fly. He's flown the Twilight shuttle. But he doesn't usually fly fighters. His job is to command and lead men on the ground primarily but he's still a valuable consultant in space conflicts like this one.

The reason that the Jedi during most of this time also wore Clone or Kamino based armour was to signify to the Clone Troopers that they were not above them. They would fight among their soldiers as one of them on the frontlines. As Separatist leadership began to crumble the Jedi started to wear less armour as Yoda feared they were becoming lost to the war.

The more you know: All clones were made so they could be prepared and send to battle faster, so all of them age like 3-5 years for every normal year. So even though they look like 30-40 years old they are actually around 10-15 years biolically, so Ashoka is more or less their age. According to my information
