17:11 My histology teacher likes using the term Airway Epithelium and reserves Respiratory Epithelium for the parts where gas is exchanged.

That is a challenging (…frustrating) part of science isn’t it? So many names and sometimes they overlap. The more common description of “respiratory epithelium” is the pseudostratified ciliated columnar epithelium that lines the trachea and proximal bronchi. Though I have heard pulmonologists refer to the simple squamous epithelial cells (type 1 pneumocytes) as respiratory epithelium because that is where respiration occurs. Good times :)
