Be extremely Careful on this first part of the trail...it's super slippery. This hike is only 0.9 miles...super short but it is steep. There are NO Restrooms and they will issue a fine if you relieve yourself here. The Trail up to the other side of the trail is now unfortunately CLOSED. Enjoy!

The land owners around there are purposely closing down the trails in that area because the locals are tired of all the tourists going there and they have said they don't want people in that valley and it's just a matter of time before they find a way to shut down polulu valley to all tourists

Yep, we were fully aware of the conflict going on there. And I fully respect the private property rights…I would feel the same way. But as long as they still keep it open people will still visit. If they want to shut it down then they should…or at least go to a permit process like they do for areas of Kauai. For these reasons, I was adamant being respectful in my presentation of this video.
