I'm now 74, but I'm sure glad I learned early on the life philosophy of forgoing the acquiring of stuff for a life living modestly and traveling the world by bicycle, backpacking, paddling and sailing. I only had to work 20 years of my adult life and spent the remainder outdoors playing. Never regretted a minute of it. Life is short, make the most of it!
